A New Chapter: Museum Renovation and Expansion

Construction is underway on the museum’s newest addition—a wing dedicated to the Jewish experience in Curaçao during World War II. The expansion also includes new storage facilities, a refreshed entrance, and enhanced accessibility features throughout. Set to reopen on May 18, International Museum Day, the project marks a milestone in preserving underrepresented stories in the Caribbean Jewish narrative.
